Partnering with Suomen Yrittäjät to renew their buying and selling services using cloud-based technology.
The goal:
Suomen Yrittäjät (the Federation of Finnish Enterprises) wanted to recreate Yrityspörssi, their online services for the buying and selling of small companies. Their vision was to provide cloud-based service that enabled the aggregation of listings from several similar services, providing the combinations of listings to external services.
The process:
Suomen Yrittäjät searched for a partner to help them pursue their goal and chose Futurice. We helped them design the service concept then took on the responsibility of implementing the new service.
The result:
A versatile web service that helped significantly reduce the time spent on administration on the customer side. The new service connects small company owners and interested buyers from all over Finland, and we’re continuing to develop it to this day. The thoughtfully constructed foundations of the end product mean that the chances of identifying excellent opportunities for investments will increase as Suomen Yrittäjät’s usage data continues to accumulate.
