As a frontend coder you know and you are enthusiastic about the newest frontend techniques. You work together with our UX team to make sure that the design is realizable from the very first. And during the implementation you work in close cooperation with the server-side gurus to build the end-to-end functionalities with a great user experience.
You enjoy the challenges of designing robust yet elegant server-side architecture, skillfully navigating the treacherous waters of scalability, security and performance while providing your peers with the support they require. You are able to take on the role as a lead developer in a major development project. You take quality seriously and evaluate new technology innovations in your field with an open mind, sharing your discoveries with others.
As a mobile developer in Futurice, you bring into life concepts created by our UX-team or our customers. You push the limits of ever-changing and evolving mobile platforms while creating media-rich applications that take the user’s social and physical context into account.
As a project manager in Futurice you will not do traditional resource management of the waterfall era, since we are all about agile. Our project managers carry account responsibility and by their efforts, sales and other, help the team to grow and flourish. You want to learn business development and have excellent communication skills. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a fundamental part of your work and vital to the company.
As a Scrum Master you help our cross-functional teams work effectively and to continuously improve their work. You know agile methods, and how to create a motivated group that is capable of solving difficult problems and delivers great value to our customers.
The members of Futurice’s UX team – a group of concept, interaction, UI and graphic designers – join development teams in order to make sure that the end-user experience supports the vision of the product under development.
As QA specialist you will be working as part of a development team to deliver the highest possible quality. It is not limited to sitting back and wait till you start testing, you’ll actively need to promote good quality practices, test whenever something is done and support project management and customer to keep the quality in check.
We don’t pigeonhole our employees.
