About the role

Will you be a catalyst for our key portfolio or account teams in driving business development and making sure our data competence development and client needs are in sync?

We are looking for a Tech Principal who plays a leading role in steering and guiding the development of our business portfolio and ensuring our full cross-competence offering is actively utilized in the portfolio’s business development and sales activities. Tech principal acts as a source of insights and expertise for key account leads as well as utilizes their excellent communication and teamwork skills to bridge all competencies (like tech, design, data & advisory) to work together in a winning cross-competence offer to our strategic key clients

As a Tech Principal, Enterprise AI Architect, you have a wide understanding of cloud technologies, modern technology platforms, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform, AI and modern frameworks in your back pocket. You have several years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture and have extended your range of impact to help customers with your technology strategy and governance expertise. You are particularly interested in AI and how it will shape companies' enterprise architectures, and business processes and strategies. We would be happy to see that you are passionate about business development, people and team development, software engineering, impeccable customer experiences, and innovation. • Expertise and vision on what is the next big trend in technology platforms and enterprise solutions
• Industry expertise on Public Sector, Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics or Forestry
• Enterprise & legacy software understanding
• Strong understanding from different cloud ecosystems
• Deep development experience and understanding,
• Solution architecture & backend solutions know-how
• Interest and experience in AI & Machine Learning
• Willingness and capability to lead by example in client projects
• Experience in sales and thought leadership
• Valuing and actively engaging in effective communication, you possess at least fluency in English, with Finnish being a significant advantage

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
