Process Development Consultant – Strategy & Renewal - Tampere

About the role

As a Process Development Consultant, you will work on client projects that blend business process development with technology, particularly AI. You will contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle—from sales to delivery—ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll work as a process expert, integrating business process consulting with data and AI technologies to optimize customer value across various domains, such as sales, customer experience and industrial processes. Leveraging your business process acumen and technological proficiency, you will apply process methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on Lean process methodology.

Your home base will be in Finland, with options to work from Helsinki or Tampere. We operate in a hybrid work environment that values flexibility while requiring active client engagement and occasional travel to client sites.

Recipe for Success

To thrive in this role, we look for the following:

Experience & Expertise:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business consulting within a digital process development context or similar experience from an internal role.
  • Background in business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean process methodology.
  • Motivation to enhance expertise in leveraging data and AI, and technology for process development.
  • Facilitation and project management experience.

Skills & Mindset:

  • A sales-oriented mindset, with experience in sales and crafting proposals seen as a plus.
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI technologies, with a basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in process optimization.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and data-driven approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to varied environments and client needs.

In our Strategy & Renewal team, there are around 30 professionals, and together we combine a broad range of expertise and comprehensive knowledge of strategy renewal. Our team works with a diverse client portfolio and offers a wide range of project opportunities across a variety of industries in Finland. Compensation

And when it comes to compensation, your complete salary package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits
