Senior Design positions
- Background in UX / Product / Service Design
- Minimum five years of working in the field
- Ability to lead design projects
Lead Design positions
- Background in UX / Product / Service Design
- Five to ten years of experience
- Ability to lead large scale design projects and related accounts
- Proven leadership skills
Finnish and/or German language skills are a plus (but not necessary) if you want to work in Helsinki or Berlin / Munich.
