Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced technologist who is excited to keep learning new skills and tools rapidly, and able to adapt as the situation changes. We would like you to have experience with and ambition for the following:

• Front-end & back-end development, exposure to both web & mobile in the past
• Agile practices & continuous learning
• Passionate and eager to make an impact on Futurice Oslo, our work culture & share learnings to help others develop their skills
• Ambitious to meet potential new team members in meetups, and decide together on who we want to work with
• Decisiveness to take end-to-end ownership of projects, no-silo way of working, positivity and a ‘can do’ in practice (not just a mindset)
• Engaging and clear communication skills
• Tech agnostic by heart with broad tech stack. And if you have experience with 3-4 of these: React, Javascript, Node.js, Typescript, Java or Scala, PostgreSQL, MySQL, React Native - that's fantastic!
• The broader your skillset - the better. The deeper your domain knowledge - the better
