I would describe myself as a service designer with business background. I'm passionate about understanding the user pain points and problems, as well as how to solve these meaningfully with viable business logic. I'm good at looking at the big picture and focusing on the key user needs while simultaneously detailing service features and functionalities with our team. I like to question the way things are done if I notice a possibility for improvement. I have experience in service visioning, business modeling as well as opportunity valuations among others. Previously, I have worked with companies in retail, automotive, manufacturing and financial management. Furthermore, I'm an entrepreneurial spirit and have been involved launching and iterating a few new digital services with small interdisciplinary teams.
