Our Managed Services/FutuCare team is looking for motivated software developers to join our growing crew. This is a great opportunity to work with multiple technologies, gain experience in real-world projects, and continue learning every day. Your home base can be either in Tampere or Helsinki – with flexibility in where and how you work.

About the role

So, what is FutuCare? It’s Futurice’s approach to long-term care of digital products – making sure that systems in production are not only running reliably, but also evolving. Our FutuCare team of 60+ professionals works in DevOps teams that take care of a set of clients and projects. We focus on continuous development, not just maintenance, and we aim to deliver real value to our clients over the long term.

In your role, you’ll work on real client projects, contribute to product improvements, and help ensure that services run smoothly. You’ll get to collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, and gradually grow your skills and take on more responsibility. Depending on your interests, you might also get involved in areas like cloud development, process improvement, or mentoring.

This is an ideal place for developers who enjoy variety, care about quality, and are eager to learn more. Whether you’re looking to deepen your skills in backend, frontend, or DevOps, we’ve got projects and people to support your journey.

The recipe for success

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in software development (You don’t need to be expert in your field, but already be comfortable with writing code in production systems).
• You’re experienced and interested in both frontend and backend development – or open to expanding your focus.
• You’re curious and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
• Value and practice good communication - you should be fluent in at least English and Finnish.
• Experience in DevOps, cloud, or continuous services is a nice bonus, but not required.
• Most importantly, you have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
