About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Delivery Lead who will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of project(s) as part of a team. In this role, you will take ownership of project planning and execution: scope, time, budget. You’ll get to combine your project management expertise with strong customer relationship-building skills and apply your understanding of the business and technology landscape to build new digital products and enterprise solutions. You also drive process improvements, boost team efficiency, and help create a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in ensuring effective alignment between project teams and stakeholders, driving project success through strong leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of project(s) delivery, from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain all project-related plans, timelines, budgets, etc., to lead the overall execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, running steering groups, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Depending on the project model (e.g., Agile or Scrum), facilitate relevant ceremonies and drive continuous improvement through process enhancements.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability while ensuring iterative development.
  • Chance to participate in various AI-related initiatives and explore the potential use of AI in project management

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among team members and stakeholders.
  • You work closely with cross-functional experts, including those in technology, service design, UX/UI, artificial intelligence, data, design, strategy, business, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Resolve possible conflicts and address team challenges proactively.
  • Ensure alignment of team activities with client goals, milestones, deliverables.
  • Maintain client communication regarding project progress.
  • Ensure client expectations are being met.
  • Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    What are we expecting from you:

  • Higher Education (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in software development.
  • Strong familiarity with various project models (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.). Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a deep understanding of the customer's business.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant project management tools and software.
  • A consultative approach to leading projects, actively supporting and constructively challenging the customer when needed, combined with a strong will-do attitude to drive solutions and deliver results.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
