Sven Sulz appointed as Managing Director for Futurice Germany

With over 10 years of experience driving digital transformation, innovation, and business development, Sven Sulz brings a strong track record of helping organizations navigate complexity and unlock new value. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at ThoughtWorks and Zühlke Group, where he supported large-scale automotive and manufacturing clients and led strategic innovation initiatives in different industries.

Sven holds degrees from Zeppelin University and SRH Fernhochschule, and has complemented his academic background with executive education at Hult Ashridge and the University of San Francisco. He has been a lecturer for over five years, teaching bachelor's and master's degree students in international business as well as data and consulting, with a focus on intrapreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation. Sven has also founded ventures of his own, bringing a hands-on entrepreneurial perspective to his work.
